At times in our lives, life can feel a bit too much, it can get complicated and overwhelming and you find yourself needing someone to listen to you, to understand you and provide support. I'm here to offer these to you and more, so let's talk!
I will talk with you, listen to you and support you to understand where you want to go, who you want to be and how to get there. It’s important to me that you feel valued, understood and safe to explore your thoughts and feelings, to help you make positive steps to move forward in your life the way you choose.
The decision to come to counselling can be nerve wracking and frightening but can also be the first step to bringing understanding and change to your life to get you back to the you that you want to be. We can have a brief chat first and then you can decide if you want to book in your first session.
I have worked with a range of clients of all ages and from a variety of backgrounds who have presented issues including (but not limited to) Depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, suicidal thoughts, domestic violence, bereavement and loss, perfectionism, low self-esteem, long term illness, relationship difficulties and life transitions.
I have experience counselling for universities as well as domestic violence and bereavement charities.
