We will provide a full evaluation of your parental policies, facilities, processes and benefits by a specialist consultant who has worked with hundreds of corporate organisations (See our client list here: https://www.bump2babybeyond.co.uk/our-clients/)

This will lead to our recommendations that will benchmark your organisation against similar organisations and highlight the steps needed to be listed with us as a Family Friendly Employer should you so wish.

  • Culture and attitudes to work life balance and flexible working
  • Line Manager support and attitude
  • Communication strategies
  • The depth of senior management support and working parent role models in senior positions
  • Are promotional opportunities genuinely still offered to working parents?
  • How flexible are you?
  • Are Line Managers trained in dealing with flexible working requests?
  • Flexible recruitment
  • We will measure the impact flexible and family friendly policies are having on staff if currently in place
  • Are your Line Managers trained in supporting employees in preparing for parental leave and preparing to return to work post parental leave?
  • Supporting parents in specific circumstances which include: Pregnancy and Infant Loss, Infertility, Pregnancy in the workplace, Supporting Dads and Partners, Physical and mental health post baby, Parents who require additional support, Parental mental health including Parental burnout.

All of our clients will also have ongoing access to our online HR Hub which is full of resources, recorded webinars, sample policies and toolkits for your LMS / intranet. All resources may be used freely in house. You will also have ongoing access to your Specialist Consultant.
